• 1 Can of Salmon (drained)

• 2 Eggs

• 1 1/4  Cup of Whole Wheat Flour (or exchange 1/2 cup of flour for 1/2 cup of oatmeal)

• 1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder

Mash salmon with eggs and garlic powder. Add flour and mix well.
Spread into a 9" x 11" greased pan. Cool then cut into squares
